What are your primary manufacturing processes?
Our core services include CNC Laser Cutting, CNC Punching, CNC Bending/Forming, Welding (MIG, TIG, Spot), Hardware Insertion, and comprehensive Surface Treatments like Powder Coating and Anodizing.
What file formats do you prefer for quoting?
We prefer native 3D CAD files (.STEP, .IGES, .SLDPRT, .IPT). 2D drawings (.DXF, .DWG, .PDF) are also acceptable if they include critical dimensions and tolerances.
What are your standard tolerance capabilities?
Standard tolerances are: Laser/Punch Cutting: ± 0.005" (± 0.127 mm); Bending: ± 0.5° on angles. Tighter tolerances are achievable upon request.
What is the minimum flange length for a bend?
Typically, the minimum flange length should be equal to the material thickness plus the inside bend radius. We can provide specific advice for your design.
How should I specify hardware and welding?
Please include PEM part numbers, thread sizes, and weld requirements (using AWS symbols) directly on your 2D drawings.
What are your typical lead times?
Prototypes: 1-2 weeks; Low to Mid-Volume: 2-4 weeks; High-Volume Production: 4+ weeks. Expedited services are available for urgent projects.
