The long distance overland flat turn belt conveyor is a continuous conveying equipment utilizing steel rope core belts. It is designed for ultra-long conveying distances and massive capacities, featuring multi-point horizontal turning curves. This intelligent, energy-saving equipment is essential for modern mining and high-yield material transportation.
Achieves flat, vertical convex, and concave turns. By adjusting idler angles and using deep groove idler groups, it generates outward centrifugal thrust to ensure smooth operation during turns, eliminating the need for intermediate transfer stations.
This massive system consists of 16 belt conveyors with widths from 1200mm to 2000mm. It features a maximum speed of 5.3m/s and a capacity of 6500t/h. Total conveying length reaches 10km, integrating intelligent operation, monitoring systems, and dust suppression technologies.
