Product Description

Medical Portable Automatic AED (SY-C025-4)

An automated external defibrillator or automatic electronic defibrillator (AED) is a portable electronic device that automatically diagnoses the life-threatening cardiac arrhythmias of ventricular fibrillation (VF) and pulseless ventricular tachycardia, and is able to treat them through defibrillation, the application of electricity which stops the arrhythmia, allowing the heart to re-establish an effective rhythm.

Start the device

Turn on the power. The voice instruction starts immediately for guide on how to operate AED.

Attach the pads to the patient

After attaching the pads, AED will immediately start analysing ECG. The device will move to next step only after you attach the pads well.

Select energy

International resuscitation guideline recommends reducing energy for child patients to avoid burning heart muscle. Can reduce the energy to 30/70 just by selecting the energy range.

Press the button

If the shock is needed, the shock button is flashing. Press the button to deliver the electrical shock to the patient.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: How does the AED analyze the patient's heart rhythm?
A: The AED uses advanced algorithms to automatically diagnose ventricular fibrillation (VF) and pulseless ventricular tachycardia within approximately 6 seconds.
Q2: Can this AED be used for pediatric patients?
A: Yes, it features an adjustable energy range (30J/70J) specifically for child patients to avoid damaging the heart muscle.
Q3: What is the charging time for the defibrillator?
A: With a new battery, it takes 8 seconds to charge to 150J and 10 seconds to charge to 200J.
Q4: Is the device easy for non-medical users to operate?
A: Yes, it provides immediate voice instructions upon power-up to guide the user through every step of the process.
Q5: What type of waveform does the SY-C025-4 use?
A: It utilizes a Biphasic Truncated Exponential waveform, which is the international standard for effective defibrillation.
Q6: What is included in the energy sequence?
A: The standard energy sequence is 150J, 150J, and 200J to ensure effective treatment during multiple shock cycles.
