Standard tolerances are Laser/Punch Cutting: ± 0.127 mm; Bending/Forming: ± 0.5° on angles; Hole Locations: ± 0.127 mm.
Q4: What is the typical lead time for production?
Prototypes take 1-2 weeks. Low to mid-volume production usually takes 2-4 weeks, while high-volume production requires 4+ weeks.
