Frequently Asked Questions
What are your primary manufacturing processes?
Our core services include CNC Laser Cutting, CNC Punching, CNC Bending/Forming, Welding (MIG, TIG, Spot), Hardware Insertion, and comprehensive Surface Treatment like Powder Coating and Anodizing.
What file formats do you prefer for quoting?
We prefer native 3D CAD files (.STEP, .IGES, .SLDPRT). 2D drawings (.DXF, .DWG, .PDF) are also acceptable if they include critical dimensions and material specifications.
What are your standard tolerance capabilities?
Laser/Punch Cutting: ± 0.005" (± 0.127 mm); Bending/Forming: ± 0.5° on angles; Hole Locations: ± 0.005". Tighter tolerances are achievable upon discussion.
How should I specify hardware and welding?
Please call out all hardware (PEM part numbers) and weld requirements (type, length, location) directly on your 2D drawing using standard AWS symbols.
What are your typical lead times?
Prototypes: 1-2 weeks; Low to Mid-Volume Production: 2-4 weeks; High-Volume Production: 4+ weeks. Expedited services are available for urgent needs.
Can you provide samples before mass production?
Yes, we offer free sample prototype services to ensure the design meets your specifications before proceeding to full-scale manufacturing.
