This product is a double-component water-based waterproof coating composed of organic liquid material (premium acrylate emulsion and various additives) and inorganic powder material (special cement and multiple fillers) mixed in specific proportions. When applied to base surfaces, it forms a flexible yet high-strength waterproof coating after filmed.
1. Applying process: Base preparation → Mixing → Detailed additional waterproof layer applying → Large-area waterproof membrane applying → Quality inspection and acceptance → Protective/isolation layer applying.
2. Base preparation: Base should be flat, solid, free from water, surface dust, sanding, cracks, oil stains and other loose materials. Before waterproofing applying, fully wet the base with clean water to saturation.
3. Waterproof membrane applying: Apply in separate coats, allowing each coat to dry completely (over 4 hours) before applying the next. Conduct closed water test after completely dry (48 hours later).
