We prefer native 3D CAD files (.STEP, .IGES, .SLDPRT). 2D drawings (.DXF, .DWG, .PDF) are also accepted if they include critical dimensions and tolerances.
What are your standard tolerance capabilities?
Our standard laser/punching tolerance is ± 0.127 mm (0.005"). For bending, we maintain ± 0.5° on angles. Tighter tolerances are available upon request.
How do I specify hardware and welding?
Please indicate hardware PEM part numbers, thread sizes, and weld requirements (AWS symbols) directly on your 2D technical drawings.
What are your typical lead times?
Prototypes usually take 1-2 weeks. Low to mid-volume production takes 2-4 weeks, and high-volume projects are 4+ weeks. Expedited services are available.
